1998 - Here's the thing... I've always had a special place in my heart for Master P and No Limit before anybody even cared. I really just love the beat... Silk the Shocker wasn't exactly the best rapper but I still liked him for some reason.
1999 - Ok... I WAS gonna post Nas is like but I'm always postin him... so typical... So I'm postin something not so typical that I really love! People be sleepin on him.

ISN'T THAT THAT ONE SONG??????
So I'm watchin videos one day and I see Wayne's new vid and I said to myself 'Self... isn't that that one song from 'Scarface'??? OMG... YES... IT IS!!! He sampled Amy Holland's 'She's On Fire' from the Scarface soundtrack!!! So now I'm offically a fan of this song.

1. Jay Z --- Considering who's out today... totally agree!!!
2. Lil Wayne --- Probably so... considering who's hot right now!!! I can name a few who are hotter but they don't have hits on the Billboards Top 100.
3. Drake --- Don't agree. Drake would fall at #10 for me. He's alright but I wouldn't put him before Kanye.
4. Kanye West --- Kanye always falls in my top 2.
5. Rick Ross --- Hmmm.... wondering how he fell before Jeezy.
6. Gucci Mane --- He' hot but not #6 hot!
7. Young Jeezy --- Jeezy could have been number 4 or 5.
8. Fabolous --- I've always liked Fab. But didn't expect him on the 'list'.
9. 50 Cent --- considering his hits out right now... I agree. 9 is a good spot for him.
10. Raekwon --- He's always been good. Keep him on this list.
